Automatic target recognition, ISIN works on SimSAR project

The project, led by the Institute of Information Systems and Networking (ISIN) and sarmap SA, with funding from Innosuisse - ICT Innovation, aims to develop a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) image simulator for automatic target recognition (ATR) based on deep learning.

FinVA, virtual assistant for financial customer risk monitoring

The Institute of Information Systems and Networking (ISIN), in collaboration with the Ticino companies Cube Finance and QBT, has developed FinVA (Financial Intelligent Virtual Assistant), a computer system based on Machine Learning to support customer risk monitoring in the financial sector. The project attracted great interest in the region.

ISIN leads CARISMA, international project on social media regulation

On 1 January started CARISMA, Call for Regulation support in Social MediA, a project on the regulation of social media conducted by the Institute of Information Systems and Networking (ISIN) in cooperation with Indiana University, University of Zurich, University of Southern California and University of Applied Sciences in St. Polten.

An ISIN project to be presented at CES in Las Vegas

From 5 to 8 January 2023, the Laboratory for Audiovisual Processing and Immersive Multimedia of the Institute of Information Systems and Networking (ISIN) will present a project at CES in Las Vegas, the world's most important consumer electronics trade fair.
